Wiseco uses a very advanced process of forged piston, the manufacturing densified material is extremely tough and hard.

This follows an extensive heat treatment and condensing process to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
The forged pistons from Wiseco has a clear advantage over standard cast pistons, which have the best reputation among both racing and sports personalities.

Wiseco has with its patented Armor Glide ™ created a coating that without it the pistons life will decrease dramatically.
The Armor Glide ™ coating reduces friction and helps with a tighter fit to the cylinder. The advantage of a small distance between piston and cylinder enables the piston rings to seal better.
