Leatt Helmet GPX 6.5 Carb V01

Leatt has always manufactured premium products where security and safety remain the top priority. Prior to 2016 they released their first helmet collection! GPX 6.5 has the same specifications as the GPX 5.5. The difference between these two is simply the shell. The GPX 6.5 is made of carbon fiber and weighs approx, 100g less than the GPX 5.5.

This helmet gets top marks in safety, comfort and appearance. Upon looking at the helmet you will see right away that it is a bit different in shape compared to other brands. The entire bottom section is designed to match with the Leatt's neck braces. All over the helmet there are eleven large ventilation ports that vents out the hot air. In addition to ventilation the EPS is provided with 190 small holes that help to keep your head cool whilst riding. Ventilation is so precisely designed that it also works at low speeds.

Smart technological solutions has always characterized the Leatt brand. The cheek pads are made of a material with low friction to make the helmet easy to take off in the event of an accident. The peak is designed to break away in a crash to prevent unnatural rotation. Moulded V-shaped EPS for maximum shock absorption during a crash.

Leatt GPX 6.5 stands together with GPX 5.5 at the top of the market when it comes to safety. The helmet is very expensive ... But who puts price ahead of safety.
