Stop missing shifts just because you need to rearrange the position of your foot on the pegs!
This is a general fit guide, and it is completely up to you whether or not you think you need to adjust the distancing. The fit way to determine fit is to mount the bike, feel out the foot pegs, then measure accordingly.

+0mm works well with this boot size: 41-43 (UK 7-9)
+5mm works well with this boot size: 43-44 (9-9.5)
+10mm works well with this boot size: 45-46 (UK 10-11)
