The setting of your suspension affects the swingarm angle, which in turn can have an impact on your suspension. A steep angle can be quite different than a more shallow angle.
Why do we re-set our suspensions so rarely? Probably because it is a rather tedious task. Thankfully, the German brand X-Trig has found an ingenious solution for this, with an adjustment screw that is easy to access with an 8m T-handle or screwdriver. The ratio for making adjustments is 24:1, so if you turn the screw 24 times, you will adjust the pre-load by 1 level (equivalent to a 3mm change); the accuracy is unbeatable!
