What is Black Friday?
In the week from 20.-27.11.2017 we will offer you special deals and discounts in our shop. The deals will change daily. We are looking forward to many happy customers and a whole load of orders! Please be assured that we will pack all orders as soon as possible, however, a delay might occur if the order volume exceeds our capacities. We want to apologise for this and we will do all we can for you to get your parcels asap.
How does the Deal or discount of the day work?
Deal of the Day and even the Black Friday discount is only valid on the specific day/dates.
Important to know:
If you missed a deal or discount it is unfortunately gone. If you have a technical issue and therefore are not able to order, please send us an email with a screenshot of your cart and the error message, so we can help you. Make sure to send the email the same day, otherwise the deal or discount won’t be valid any longer.
Can I change my order?
Please call us as soon as possible! We only have a couple of minutes for most orders to make any changes. We can’t promise that a change will be possible, as we constantly work to ship all orders directly.
I have recently ordered the product that is now on discount, can I get the new price?
If you bought a product that is now on a special deal/discount, you can use our Lowest Price Guarantee. The Lowest Price Guarantee always applies within 14 days after your purchase. You have to contact us the same day as we have the deal on, or else we can’t offer you our Lowest Price Guarantee. If our phone lines are closed or too busy, send us an email with your Order Number and the deal you would like to get (preferably with a screenshot). We will then take care of your request asap.
I want to buy a product you have on sale, but it is no longer available In stock. What can I do?
The deal and discounts only applies as long as the product are available in stock. If a product is out of stock, the discounted price cannot be granted later (i.e. when the item is back in stock on another day). We want to remind you that the item is confirmed as yours the moment you receive the shipping notice until then we keep the right to change your order. Of course we try to fulfill your order as placed and will inform you about any possible changes as soon as possible.
Fast door to door delivery:
Your package will be delivered to your door by DHL. We send all International packages with DHL. European delivery time is within 3 to 7 working days. DHL is the global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight.
Once you have received your parcel we adivse that all customers open the box in clean and safe enviroment, whilst checking all products have been correctly delivered and there are no defects. If you find any issues with your order please contact our customer service department immediately. Please also have pictures available to send via e-mail if customer services request.

All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions;
1. Customer Acknowledgment:
Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from 24mx.
2. All Sales Made In Sweden:
All sales shall be deemed made in Sweden, regardless of the location of the Customer.
3. Purchase Price:
(a) Prices and promotions are listed in 24mx's Web site and its advertisement, and are subject to change without notice.
(b) Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with 24mx Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be as set forth in the credit agreement.
(c) 24mx collects sales tax (VAT) for sales delivered within the EU. 24mx shall not be liable for handling or customs charges for shipments outside the EU.
(d) If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, 24mx shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, 24mx shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
4. Errors and Omissions:

5. Shipping Terms:
When Customer places an order, the order will be shipped to an address designated by Customer as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
All packages are insured for damage and/or loss. Customer is (if requested) responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Our shipping partner will contact the customer throw the e-mail address or telephone number provided when ordering. If a “door to door” delivery is not possible to arrange, its the customers responsability to pick up the package at the adress provided by our shipping partner.
All orders will be consolidated to one shipment, this may add additional time to the final delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and 24mx shall not be liable for delays.
6. Warranty Information:
Customers are entitled to the manufacturer's limited expressed warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. 24mx makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. 24mx shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product
These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to Swedish law.
In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
24mx shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
