1. How fast is my order delivered?
We deliver products daily throughout Europe. We always do our best for you to receive your products as quickly as possible! Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days.
2. Who delivers my package?
Orders are delivered by DHL.
When the goods arrive at the service center a SMS is sent to you. It is therefore important that you provide your phone number when ordering. All packages that we ship are trackable and are insured.
3. How much is delivery?
When you shop for €100 or more delivery is free! If you shop for less, then delivery will cost €9.
We want to draw your attention to the fact that standard shipping is not applicable to oversized products such a tents, tyres and other heavy products. An oversize shipping fee of 9,99€ will be added to your order.
4. How do i pay?
We offer two convenient payment options.

Pay securely with a card! All information is sent encrypted via SSL so that no outsider should be able to read your card details. We accept all major VISA and MasterCards. No hidden charges for card purchases. Card Payments are processed by PayEx who are the leading partners in the payment domain.
Pay via PayPal
PayPal is a payment service owned by eBay. PayPal has over 100 million users worldwide. Hundreds of companies make use of the service which is open both for individuals and for businesses. Paying by PayPal is fast and easy . Payment is made by pressing a few keys and the money is transferred immediately to our PayPal account. You as the buyer pay no extra fees.
5. Do you have all products in stock?
We have one of the largest inventories of parts and accessories for Motocross, Motorcycle and Pitbikes. Our range also includes products stocked by our suppliers. You can see on each product level on a live stock feed. Beware the feed is not instant it may take some time to update.
6. How do I know that my order arrived at 24MX?
Once you have completed your order you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. You also get a notification to your email when your package is sent . The communication includes your tracking number as well as a link that will enable you to see where your order is. It may take up to 48hrs before the tracking link becomes live.
If you have not received an e-mail message , we recommend that you check your inbox for spam emails. You can always contact us and we will find your tracking information.
7. Can I cancel an order?

If your products are already sent then we are unable to cancel, you must send the product back as a return.
8. My product was damaged when I got it . What do I do now?
When you receive your goods, it is important that you immediately inspect the package. Should the packaging be damaged please indicate this directly to the driver who delivered the package. NOTE! It is important that you make a proper notification. Make sure you get confirmation that your goods are damaged from the courier and contact us immediatly on 00441518080029
We inspect every item before it is sent to you. Should a product be damaged and delievered please send pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can fix the problem promptly.
9. I received the wrong product. What do I do now?
Should a product reach you that you have not ordered, please contact us on 00441518080029 or email email@example.com so we can discuss how we can ensure that you get the product that you ordered.
Always check! Before mounting parts to the bike that it fits properly. We are not responsible for consequential damage during installation of faulty or mis-delivered goods. Any compensation for faulty or mis-delivered goods is limited to the purchase price.
10. What if my package is broken or lost in transit?
All packages that we ship are trackable and insured. Please contact our customer services on 00441518080029 to arrange an exchange or refund.
11. Are my products being delayed?
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email or SMS. You, the customer always has the right to cancel the purchase. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be circumstances that make it impossible to avoid the delay , for example when our supplier is unable to fulfill his commitment to us.
12. How do I return a product?
We have made it even more easy to exchange or return an item. A Returns form will be provided with the parcel. Please fill in all relavant information.

You may exchange or return a product within 60 days of purchase unused and are in original packaging. Unfortunately, we can not accept back electrical items such as CDI box and ignition systems. This also the Applies to foods such as dietary supplements and energy drinks. Custom ordered items are also non-returnable. Please note there is a 9,95€ Admin Fee on all returns.
Our tents are excluded from our standard return policy. Should you choose to return a tent, a €30 freight charge will be deducted from your final refund.
