Choosing a piston:
A B-piston is recommended for all used cylinders.
An A-piston is ideal for new cylinders or cylinders with a new nicasil.
The B-piston is marginally larger than an A-piston, in order to
compensate for cylinder wear. A C-piston is larger still and so on.
