1. How quickly will you deliver my goods?

We ship motocross parts across Europe on a daily basis. We will always do our best to get you your products as quickly as possible!
Orders that contain in-stock products usually ship the same day if received by 13.00 (CET).
Products from our external warehouse are shipped next day. Made to order products has a delivery time of 1-4 weeks. On all products you can see the expected delivery time.

If where is any deviations from the normal delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Your package will be delivered to your door by DHL. We send all International packages with DHL. European delivery time is within 2 to 5 days. DHL is the global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight.

DHL will contact you to arrange the delivery.

When you place your order, you get an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. You'll also get a message to your e-mail address when your package is sent, the message will contain your package tracking number and a link that allows you to see where your package is.

2. How much is delivery/shipping?

We ship your package, no matter size or weight, to your door for a low flat rate 9 euro (VAT included!). Orders over 500 euro will be shipped free of charge.

3. Do you ship to my country?

We ship your package, no matter size or weight, with DHL to your door for a low flat rate of 9 euro (VAT not included). If you order products for over 500 euro we will ship your package free of charge. We send all International packages with DHL and european delivery time is within 2 to 5 days.

24MX shows the total price including VAT and shipping in the shopping basket. Since our packages are delivered within the European Union (EU) there are no customs delays. For all consumers that live outside the European Union (EU): the tax will be deducted at checkout.

5. What is Value Added Tax (VAT)?

Value Added Tax is a tax that is required to be paid by consumers that live within the European Union (EU). Since www.24mx.com is based in Sweden, the VAT to be applied to our goods is 25%.
If you do not live in a European Union member country you do not have to pay VAT the tax will be deducted at checkout.

24MX can save you money, we guarantee it! If you find a lower advertised price from any authorized U.S. dealer or European dealer on an in-stock product, call or email us and we'll match any verifiable price.

We guarantee to match the total price of the product including all associated and relative costs. These include shipping, handling, processing costs, tax and customs cost. This way when you shop with us, you always know what your final price will be. And it will be the lowest price guaranteed!

12. Unclaimed orders

If you do not claim your package or if its not possible to reach you to arrange the delivery, your package will be returned to us and we will be forced to charge 2x the actual shipping price + 20 Euro in administrative expenses. For unclaimed orders outside the EU there is also a 20 Euro fee for duty handling.

13. Where is my package? How can I track my package?

When you place your order, you get an order confirmation sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. You'll also get a message to your e-mail address when your package is sent, the message will contain your package tracking number and a link that allows you to see where your package is.

If you have not received an email message, we recommend that you check your inbox for SPAM e-mails. If you entered the wrong email address when ordering or simply not received an e-mail, you can always contact us and we'll prepare your kollid.

14. How can I pay for my orders?

15. Do you stock all goods?

We have a very large stock of spare parts and accessories for Motocross and Pit bikes. Our product range also includes products held in stock by our suppliers and products which are manufactured to order. You can on each product to see our current stock and the expected delivery time. You are of course welcome to contact us if you want detailed information on delivery.

16. What if my package will be damaged or lost during shipment?.

If your package is damaged or lost during shipment, 24MX will replace broken or missing products. All packages are fully insured and shipment is provided by DHL. DHL is the global market leader in international express, overland transport and air freight.

24MX takes every effort to ensure your package arrives in good condition. If your package is damaged please call our customer service (+46 8 605 38 80), and speak to a customer service representative. Do not discard the shipping carton until you have spoken with us

17. What happens if my product is delayed?

If case of a delivery delay we'll inform you by e-mail. We will do everything in our power to fulfil your order. There may be circumstances which make it impossible to complete the order for example, when our supplier cannot meet his commitment to us. We reserve the right to exclude us from any compensation to the customer concerning the delivery delays.

You may cancel your order prior to shipping in case of a delivery delay.

19. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Email or call us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t left our storage it’s possible to change quantities or cancel.

20. Has my order been dispatched?

You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been dispatched. This will go to the e-mail address you provided us at the time you placed you order. Be aware that sometimes these emails end up in junk mail folders, so it is worth adding our email address info@24mx.com to your safe senders list

21. What about backorders?

Sorry, we cannot backorder any item on international orders; you will be able to reorder your item(s) at a later date.

22. Will you special order a specialty product for me?

For items that we do not stock, we can special order them from our vendors at your request. These Special Order items must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

23. What is the procedure for returning a part?

Never a problem with us! When you do business with 24MX you can return any non-discontinued, unused item. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in unused condition in order to receive a refund. To return products send back the merchandise with a copy of your invoice. On the order form explain exactly what you want us to do and put the invoice in the box with the merchandise.

On any orders returned from outside of the EU, please mark clearly on the outside of the carton: "CONTENTS - RETURN GOODS OF EU ORIGIN".
A return form is included on the back of your invoice. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip if available and write the reason for each returned item. Freight must be paid by the customer.
Assuming your return has been received and processed, you will receive your credit within 10 days.
